Our Mission Statement

Our Mission, in addition to servicing the Real Estate needs of our communities, is to extend our hearts a step further to help improve lives in a broader sense. Our wish is to add warmth, bring hope, and support the spirit of giving throughout the year, in our communities and beyond.

Elite Charities is a New Jersey Non-Profit Corporation created by the vision of the many Real Estate Professionals who work for Coldwell Banker Elite, Realtors. With the guidance of the Elite Charities Committee, chaired by Michael D'Ottavi, President and Owner of Coldwell Banker Elite, Realtors, several national charitable organizations and a select number of hand picked "worthy causes" are chosen throughout the year.

Here are just some of the organizations that we contribute to:

We feel that by doing this we can "give back" something to the communities we serve and
perhaps "touch" a few individuals. Many of our employees and agents donate a portion of their salaries, commissions, and their time to enable Elite Charities to contribute to these organizations and individuals. We also run several fundraising events throughout the year to make an even greater difference.

We at Coldwell Banker Elite, Realtors are blessed with an abundance of talented and giving people. Together we can make a substantial
difference in our communities by supporting local food drives, Toys for Tots, organizing coat drives and through our contributions to Elite Charities.

Over the years, a large part of our success has come from the many communities we serve. Through our non-profit organization, Elite Charities, we have arranged a way to give something back.
